What we actually do — and what we don't

Lanka Scholar is not a funding body. We cannot award, reserve or guarantee a scholarship, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. Here is the part we can genuinely influence.

1

An honest eligibility read

We look at your grades, your budget and the level you are targeting, then tell you which awards you have a real chance at — and which are not worth your time.

2

A strong admission application

Most university funding is decided from your admission application, not a separate form. Getting that application right is the single biggest thing you can control.

3

Deadlines and documents

Applications usually fail on missed deadlines and incomplete files rather than on merit. We keep yours complete and on time. The funder still makes the decision.
