Apply to HEC Paris

Submit your HEC admission application via the school's online portal. Include transcripts, CV, essays, GMAT/GRE, English certificate (TOEFL/IELTS), and references. The HEC Master in Management has stage-by-stage rolling admissions.

Submit the Foundation form

After admission, request the HEC Foundation scholarship form via the financial aid office. Submit your financial statement, parental tax documents (translated to English/French), and a 500-word need narrative.

Foundation committee review

The HEC Foundation reviews applications in funding waves throughout the cycle. Decisions typically come within 6-8 weeks of submission. Earlier applications have better odds — the foundation has fixed annual budget.

Award + start of term

Awards are issued as direct tuition credits applied each term. Recipients are expected to engage with the alumni network — HEC's Sri Lankan and South Asian alumni groups offer ongoing mentorship.
