International undergraduate admits to Princeton — need-blind admission, full demonstrated financial need met with grants (no loans).
Schulich Foundation
Eligibility
Students entering STEM undergraduate programmes at 20 partner Canadian universities — nominated by their high school, including international candidates at select universities.
University of Toronto
Eligibility
Outstanding international students nominated by their school for any UofT undergraduate programme — global selection of ~37 scholars.
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Eligibility
International undergraduate applicant — admission is need-blind; aid covers full demonstrated financial need.

Eligibility
Students from low-income countries (Sri Lanka eligible) unable to study at home — exceptional academic record and financial need.
Cornell University
Eligibility
South Asian citizen (Sri Lanka eligible) admitted to Cornell with demonstrated financial need above what Cornell's standard aid covers.

Eligibility
Need-blind admission for international undergraduates; financial-aid packages cover up to 100% of demonstrated need.

Eligibility
Exceptional non-US international applicants to Duke's undergraduate Trinity College or Pratt School of Engineering — by invitation from admissions.

Non-Italian international applicants to Bocconi's Bachelor's, Master of Science, or LL.M. — separate scholarship application required.
Korean Ministry of Education / NIIED
Eligibility
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD applicants — strong academics, under-40 for graduates, Sri Lanka has a country quota each cycle.
Higher Education Authority of Ireland
Eligibility
International (non-EU/EEA) applicant admitted to a full-time programme at any Irish higher education institution; competitive, ~60 awards per year.
