South East Technological University (SETU)
Eligibility
International applicants admitted to a SETU Bachelor's or Master's; merit-based tuition reduction across its campuses.
St Martin's Institute of Higher Education
Eligibility
International applicants admitted to a St Martin's Institute degree (University of London affiliate programmes); merit-based tuition reduction.
FH JOANNEUM University of Applied Sciences, Graz
Eligibility
Non-EU/EEA degree-seeking students at FH JOANNEUM who are paying the cost contribution in full. One application allowed per degree level — once during a bachelor's and once during a master's.
Kaplan Higher Education Academy, Singapore
Eligibility
Diploma or Bachelor's graduates progressing to a Kaplan Singapore degree — the UCD Kaplan award is open to applicants from all countries except China; the KHEA scheme rewards top-three cohort performers.
Government of Malta (Malta Enterprise / MFHEA)
Eligibility
Individuals studying eligible accredited courses in Malta who are tax-resident in Malta — generally NOT suitable for Sri Lankan students without an existing Malta tax basis.
PSB Academy, Singapore
Eligibility
International applicants to PSB Academy's diploma and partner-university degree programmes in Singapore, assessed on academic results and, for bursaries, financial need.
Dublin Business School (DBS)
Eligibility
Non-EU applicants to DBS undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including regional awards aimed at South Asia. Values are set per programme and confirmed in your offer.
University of Manitoba
Eligibility
International students entering their first undergraduate year at UM from an overseas high school with an average of 85% or above, who have applied for admission by 1 March. No separate application; cannot be combined with other UM entrance awards.
Montanuniversität Leoben
Eligibility
International students already enrolled at Montanuniversität Leoben. This is a modest support fund, not a tuition scholarship — Leoben's real financial draw is its low public tuition of EUR 726.72 per semester for non-EU citizens.
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)
Eligibility
International degree-seeking students at KIT in the final stage of their programme, registered for the graduation thesis, facing unforeseen financial hardship through no fault of their own, with a grade average of at least 2.5.
Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS)
Eligibility
New international applicants to a full-time MDIS Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic record and demonstrated leadership. Open to Sri Lankan students; progression students and MDIS staff excluded.
