Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the UK (CSC)
Eligibility
Sri Lanka is named on the CSC's eligible-country list for this award. You must be nominated by an approved nominating body — you cannot apply direct.
University of Edinburgh
Eligibility
PhD offer-holders for an Edinburgh research programme — tuition-only award covering the overseas/home fee gap.
Imperial College London
Eligibility
Outstanding undergraduate record, applying for a full-time PhD at Imperial, nominated by your prospective supervisor.
Durham University
Eligibility
New international students classed as overseas for fees, self-funded, not holding other funding. Selected on achievement and potential to make a positive impact.

Eligibility
International undergraduate or master's applicant with strong academics; financial need considered for some streams.
King's College London
Eligibility
International (non-UK) undergraduate and postgraduate applicants to eligible King's programmes; merit/need-based partial awards.

Outstanding international PhD applicant across all academic departments at Warwick, ranked centrally on academic merit.
Newcastle University
Eligibility
Sri Lanka is named on the eligible-country list. You need an offer for an eligible course at the Newcastle city centre campus and international fee status.
University of Bristol
Eligibility
Holding an offer for an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate Bristol programme — assessed on personal statement and academic potential.
Cardiff University
Eligibility
International offer holders for eligible Cardiff undergraduate or Master's programmes — awarded on academic merit through a short application.
University of Leicester
Eligibility
International fee-paying applicants holding an offer. The postgraduate Global Excellence award needs a UK First Class equivalent and excludes applicants from India — Sri Lankan applicants are eligible.
Queen's University Belfast
Eligibility
Exceptionally strong international fee-paying students holding an offer for an eligible full-time programme. Queen's Business School postgraduate taught programmes are excluded.
