Eligibility
International applicants to UCSC's English-taught Bachelor's and Master's programmes; merit-based tuition-reduction scholarships awarded on academic record at admission.
University of Naples Federico II
Eligibility
International students with a qualification obtained outside the Italian system, enrolling in the first year of one of Federico II's international (English-taught) courses. Selection is on academic record, motivation letter and language certification.

Non-resident international students document their family's foreign income and assets through an ISEEUP, certified by Italian diplomatic authorities, to access the same right-to-study grant as Italian students.
University of Calabria (Università della Calabria)
Eligibility
International students access the right-to-study grant on equal terms with Italian students, provided they document their family's foreign income through an ISEE Parificato issued by an authorised CAF.
ERSU Messina (Ente Regionale per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario, serving the University of Messina)
Eligibility
International students holding only a home-country identity document and not resident in Italy have a dedicated onboarding path to apply, provided they document family income through an ISEEU/ISPEU parificato.
