International Master's applicant at Erasmus University Rotterdam; faculty-specific selection with academic merit and financial need both considered.
South East Technological University
Eligibility
Exceptional self-funded non-EU applicants to full-time, on-campus undergraduate or taught postgraduate programmes at SETU; recipients may not hold any other scholarship.
University of Strathclyde
Eligibility
Self-funded international postgraduate taught applicants on full-time on-campus programmes, normally with a UK first-class degree or international equivalent. Fully sponsored students are excluded.

International applicants to TU Graz's English-taught Master's programmes with strong engineering or science backgrounds.
Universität Hamburg
Eligibility
Non-German students already enrolled at Universität Hamburg — two completed semesters for bachelor's, one for master's. Doctoral researchers are excluded, and you cannot hold other funding at the same time.

International Master's students at the University of Salzburg — performance grants and tuition support on top of Austria's low public-university fees.
