Malta College of Arts, Science & Technology (MCAST)
Eligibility
International applicants to MCAST's applied Master's programmes. Sri Lankan graduates eligible.
University of Malta
Eligibility
International Master's applicants to the University of Malta — merit-based tuition reductions on English-taught postgraduate programmes.
Maltese Government (ESF co-financed)
Eligibility
Postgraduate students undertaking Master's or doctoral study; the scheme is residency-oriented — international applicants must check the open call's eligibility carefully.

Government scheme aimed at applicants with Maltese residency; most Sri Lankan applicants do not qualify directly without an existing Maltese basis.
