RIT Dubai — the Middle East branch campus of Rochester Institute of Technology (New York) — offers a tiered International Scholarship ranging from 20% to 50% off tuition for high-achieving international undergraduates. Tier by Academic Profile

Eligible Programme
Most RIT Dubai Bachelor's programmes are covered — Computing & Information Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Visual Communication Design. Some specialist tracks may have separate scholarships.
Maintain Minimum CGPA
Renew each semester by maintaining the relevant CGPA — typically 3.0/4.0 (20-30% tier), 3.3/4.0 (40% tier), or 3.5/4.0 (50% tier). Drop below and the scholarship steps down.

Submit your RIT Dubai undergraduate application via the online portal by the priority deadline (28 February 2026). Include A/L transcripts, SAT/ACT scores if available, English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 79), and personal statement.
Automatic scholarship assessment
RIT Dubai admissions reviews your academic file. The offer letter explicitly states whether the International Scholarship is attached and at what tier (20%, 30%, 40%, or 50%).
Accept offer + deposit
Confirm your place by accepting the RIT Dubai offer and paying the AED 5,000 tuition deposit. The scholarship credit is applied to every semester's tuition invoice.
UAE visa + Dubai arrival
RIT Dubai's international office coordinates the UAE student visa once the deposit is paid. Fall intake starts late August in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), a 30-minute drive from Downtown Dubai.
