Mid Sweden University Tuition Fee Scholarship
Mid Sweden University (Mittuniversitetet) is a public university with campuses in Sundsvall and Östersund in central Sweden, offering English-taught Master's programmes in areas such as computer engineering, ecotechnology and sustainable development, tourism, sports science, and business. For non-EU/EEA students, who pay tuition in Sweden, the university runs its own tuition-fee scholarships that cover a portion — up to the full amount for the strongest candidates — of the tuition fee, awarded on academic merit to admitted Master's applicants. The scholarship applies to tuition-paying students — i.e. non-EU/EEA citizens. Sri Lankan citizens are eligible. EU/EEA students study free and do not use this scheme.
Academic Merit
Reductions are awarded on academic performance and admission ranking. A strong, relevant Bachelor's from a recognised Sri Lankan university competes best for the larger reductions.
Admission to an Eligible Master's
You must first be admitted to a Mid Sweden University English-taught Master's participating in the scheme; the reduction attaches to admission.

Swedish Master's require English 6 / IELTS ~6.5 (no band below 5.5) or equivalent, or an English-medium degree; a Sri Lankan MOI letter can help evidence English-medium study.
