Strong Science A-Levels

Applicants need an excellent secondary-school record in mathematics and physics. Sri Lankan students with strong A-Level (or equivalent international) results in the Physical Science stream are the core target. INSA looks for genuine scientific aptitude rather than just grades.

Submit the international engineering application with transcripts (certified English/French translation), your A-Level results, a motivation letter, and references. Apply early — the international round closes well before the September intake.

Selection interview / review

Shortlisted applicants are reviewed by the INSA admissions board, sometimes including an interview (online for overseas applicants) assessing scientific aptitude and motivation.

Scholarship awarded with admission
