Offer for Eligible ANU Programme
Hold an offer for an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate coursework programme at ANU. Higher Degree by Research (PhD / MPhil) candidates apply separately for ANU HDR scholarships.
International Fee Status
Open to international students paying overseas fees. Sri Lankan citizens applying from Sri Lanka qualify; Australian citizens, permanent residents, and New Zealand citizens do not.
Strong Academic Record
Awards are based on academic merit. For Sri Lankan applicants this typically means a strong A/L profile (3 As) for undergraduate entry, or a first-class / strong second-class upper Bachelor's for Master's entry.
English Proficiency
Meet ANU's standard English language requirement — typically IELTS 6.5 overall with no band below 6.0, or equivalent TOEFL / PTE / Cambridge.
