Eligibility
Applicant for an eligible Columbia Master's or PhD with a research project tied to a Columbia World Project policy theme.
East-West Center (with the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa)
Eligibility
Asia-Pacific graduates (Sri Lanka eligible) studying at the University of Hawai'i while in residence at the East-West Center.
US Department of State
Eligibility
5+ years work experience, leadership track record, public-service commitment — mid-career professionals only.
NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service
Eligibility
International applicants for NYU Wagner's MPA, MUP, or MS programmes — selection on academic record, public-service commitment, and essays.
University of California, Berkeley
Eligibility
Berkeley students (undergrad or grad, international or domestic) accepted to live at International House — need-based with merit consideration.
USC Marshall School of Business
Eligibility
All admitted applicants are considered automatically. International students are eligible for Marshall merit awards but not for US federal aid or the Consortium fellowship.
P.E.O. Sisterhood International
Eligibility
Women who are not US or Canadian citizens or permanent residents, admitted to a graduate degree in the US or Canada with a full year of coursework remaining. Sri Lankan women are eligible.
Aga Khan Foundation (tenable at top global universities)
Eligibility
Sri Lanka is NOT on the Aga Khan Foundation's eligible-country list. The programme runs only in Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Kenya, the Kyrgyz Republic, Madagascar, Mozambique, New Zealand, Pakistan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania and Uganda. Listed here so Sri Lankan applicants do not lose months to an application they cannot submit.
