MSc in Management Engineering
Politecnico di Milano
Course Overview
Politecnico di Milano's MSc in Management Engineering is one of Europe's largest and most-respected industrial engineering and management programmes. PoliMi is consistently ranked #1 in Italy and top-25 globally for Engineering and Technology (QS), and the management engineering school is the leading Italian destination for engineers transitioning into operations, supply chain, product management, and tech consulting roles.
Sri Lankan engineering graduates (from Moratuwa, Peradeniya, Ruhuna, NSBM, SLIIT) use PoliMi as a route into European operations and consulting roles — Milan is Italy's industrial capital and the campus connects directly into the manufacturing corridor (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pirelli, Brembo) and the fashion / luxury supply chain (LVMH, Kering, Prada, Armani, Gucci). The two-year curriculum offers specialisations in Big Data Analytics, Digital Business and Market Innovation, Energy and Environmental Management, Finance, Industrial Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Logistics and Production, Management of Built Environment, and Strategy. Italian public tuition for non-EU students is income-graduated — most international students pay €3,900/year (the maximum bracket).
