You must already hold (or apply for) an offer to a full-time undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD programme at the Heriot-Watt Dubai campus. International Merit awards do not apply to Edinburgh or Malaysia campuses.

The admissions team assesses the International Merit Scholarship automatically against your final grades once a conditional or unconditional offer is issued — no separate form.

Apply for stackable awards

Sports & Community Engagement, Petroleum/Engineering, and Future Made for Success scholarships require a short separate application with a personal statement or evidence of achievement.

Confirm by paying the deposit

Pay the tuition deposit by the published deadline (typically a few weeks before the intake) — your final discount package is confirmed on the fee invoice.
