Universitaly + DOV — the documents that gate everything
Two procedural items decide every Italian application. Universitaly pre-enrolment (deadline 10 March) is the portal-side gate that confirms your application to MIUR. The DOV (Dichiarazione di Valore) is the Italian consulate's recognition of your Sri Lankan A/Ls. No university will finalise admission without the DOV, and no embassy will issue the visa without Universitaly. Both must be in motion 8+ months before intake.
