Course Overview
The University of Queensland's Master of Data Science is delivered jointly by the School of Mathematics and Physics and the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at a Go8 university ranked in the QS global top 40. The two-year programme builds from foundational statistics and programming to advanced machine learning, big-data systems, statistical modelling, data visualisation, and a capstone industry or research project. Brisbane is a fast-growing technology and resources-analytics centre, and UQ's strong industry links across mining-tech, health-tech, and government provide capstone placements and recruitment.
