Course Overview
Bocconi University's LLM in Law of Internet Technology is one of the first European LLMs to focus exclusively on the law of digital technologies — data protection (GDPR), platform regulation (Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act), AI law (EU AI Act 2024), cybersecurity law, e-commerce and consumer protection in digital markets, IP and copyright in the digital age, blockchain and crypto-asset regulation (MiCA), and cross-border digital trade. Bocconi is consistently top 5 in Europe for Business, Economics, and Law (QS Subject Rankings 2025) and Italy's most internationally-oriented private university. The 1-year English-taught LLM is delivered through the Bocconi Department of Legal Studies in Milan — Italy's financial and tech capital, home to the offices of Google Italy, Amazon Italy, Meta Italy, plus Italian unicorns Bending Spoons, Satispay, ScalaPay.
