Visa refusal rates for Sri Lankan students are higher than most family WhatsApp groups admit — and almost every refusal we've seen is for a fixable reason: weak financial documentation, a credibility-interview answer that didn't match the SOP, or a missing form. Most of our visa work is preventing those mistakes, not fixing them after.
We treat the visa file as a separate document set with its own logic — what UKVI / IRCC / DHA / USCIS each look for, how Sri Lankan applications are read at the relevant high commission or embassy, and the specific documents that historically cause refusals. The file is built once and reviewed by a senior counsellor before submission.

Once you have an offer + CAS / I-20 / CoE letter, we pull together the full document set against the country-specific checklist. Most documents you already have — we just need them in the right format and order.
Senior review + mock interview
Before submission, a senior counsellor reads the entire file the way the visa officer will. Inconsistencies between your SOP, your bank statements, and your stated career plan are the things they look for — we catch them now. If your country requires a credibility interview, we run a mock with the actual question patterns.
Submission + decision
You submit (online or in person, depending on country), give biometrics, and wait. We track the decision timeline and prepare you for follow-up requests. If a decision goes against you, we run the refusal-recovery process at no extra cost.
