Seoul National University (Graduate School of Business)
Course Overview
The SNU MBA at the Graduate School of Business is a one-year (four-semester) full-time English-taught program based at Korea's most prestigious national university. The program targets mid-career professionals — typical admits have 4-6 years of work experience — and runs an intensive curriculum spanning core management, finance, strategy and Asia-focused electives such as Korean Business Practices and the K-Move modules on Samsung, Hyundai and LG.
For Sri Lankan applicants, SNU's strongest pull is the corporate access: chaebol recruiting partnerships, exchange options with Wharton, INSEAD and HEC, and the global MBA cohort's direct line into Korea's tech and finance sectors. Graduates on the D-2 student visa can transfer to a D-10 job-seeker visa (up to 2 years) after graduation while securing an E-7 specialist work visa with a Korean employer.
