Course Overview
The Korea University Business School (KUBS) Global MBA is a one-year, full-time English-taught program based on the Anam campus in Seoul. KUBS is AACSB and EQUIS accredited and consistently ranks among the top business schools in Asia, with very strong recruiter access to Samsung, LG, Hyundai, SK, Naver, and the Seoul offices of McKinsey, BCG, and Goldman Sachs.
Sri Lankan applicants typically hold 3–5 years of work experience and use the program as a launchpad into Korean conglomerate (chaebol) graduate tracks, regional fintech, or supply-chain roles. The curriculum blends core management with electives in technology management, finance, and East Asia business, plus a Korea Industry Tour that visits chaebol headquarters and a global elective module abroad.

Academic

- check_circle 2+ years of full-time professional experience preferred — the average admitted candidate has 4–5 years.
- check_circle GMAT or GRE recommended; strong work experience may compensate where scores are unavailable.
- check_circle Two references (one academic, one professional) and a video / written essay set on career goals.
English Proficiency
- check_circle IELTS Academic: 6.5 Overall (no band below 6.0).
- check_circle TOEFL iBT: 80 Overall.
- check_circle Waived if the prior degree was taught fully in English — submit a medium-of-instruction letter.

Career Outcomes & PR
KUBS Global MBA graduates qualify for the D-10 job-seeker visa (up to 2 years) and can transition to an E-7 work visa once hired.
