KAIST MBA
Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST College of Business)
Course Overview
The KAIST MBA is a 2-year, full-time English-taught program at KAIST College of Business in Seoul, relaunched in 2023 to focus on digital transformation, AI in business, and technology entrepreneurship. The cohort is small and globally mixed — Sri Lankan applicants with 3–5 years of work experience in tech, finance, or consulting have a realistic shot at admission and the KAIST Scholarship.
Beyond the core management curriculum, students plug into KAIST's deeper STEM ecosystem — engineering and AI labs at the Daejeon main campus — which is the genuine differentiator versus generic Asian MBAs. Career outcomes lean heavily toward Samsung, LG, Hyundai, SK, and Korean startups, plus regional roles at McKinsey Seoul and BCG Seoul.
