MBA in International Hospitality Management
The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management
Course Overview
The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management (EAHM) is part of the Jumeirah Group and sits on the grounds of Madinat Jumeirah, beside the Burj Al Arab. It is one of the leading hospitality business schools in the Middle East, and its MBA in International Hospitality Management is built for graduates and working professionals who want to move into general management, revenue, or operations leadership within hotels, resorts, and tourism enterprises.
The one-year curriculum blends a core MBA toolkit (strategy, finance, marketing, leadership, business analytics) with hospitality-specific modules in revenue management, asset management, service design, and luxury brand management. Because EAHM is embedded in a live luxury-hospitality ecosystem, the consulting projects and guest-speaker pipeline run through real operators — Jumeirah, Emaar Hospitality, Atlantis, Marriott, Accor, and the wider Dubai tourism economy that welcomes 17+ million international visitors a year.
For Sri Lankan applicants this is one of the most direct routes into the Gulf hospitality industry, which already employs a large Sri Lankan workforce. Dubai's tax-free salaries, the two-year post-study Green Visa, and the city's standing as a global aviation and tourism hub make graduate-job conversion realistic — and the qualification is portable across the GCC, Maldives, and South-East Asia resort markets.
