Yonsei University (Graduate School of Public Health)
Course Overview
The MPH at Yonsei's Graduate School of Public Health is a 2-year program covering epidemiology, health policy and management, biostatistics, environmental health, and global health. Yonsei runs Severance Hospital — the largest teaching hospital in Korea — which means MPH students get direct access to clinical data, hospital administrators, and active research on chronic disease, infectious disease, and health-system reform.
For Sri Lankan medical graduates, public health professionals, and policy analysts, Yonsei is one of the few English-track MPH programs in Asia with deep WHO and World Bank linkages. The Global Health track is particularly relevant for applicants aiming at multilateral careers (WHO SEARO, UNICEF, ADB) covering the South and South-East Asia region.
