Les Roches Global Hospitality Education (Switzerland)
Course Overview
Les Roches' BBA in Global Hospitality Management is a 3.5-year programme at the Bluche campus in the Swiss Alps (and selectively at Marbella, Spain). Les Roches ranks top-3 globally for hospitality and leisure management (QS by Subject) alongside EHL Lausanne and the Glion Institute. The curriculum embeds two 6-month paid internships in 4- and 5-star properties — Sri Lankan students typically place at Marriott, Accor, Four Seasons, Six Senses, Aman Resorts, and across the Maldives luxury circuit. Internship pay typically clears CHF 12,000-15,000 across the two placements.
Sri Lankan demand for Les Roches is driven by the global hospitality brand. The Swiss degree opens doors at every major hotel group in Dubai, the Maldives, Macau and Singapore — Les Roches alumni dominate the F&B and Front Office Director ranks at Atlantis the Palm, Burj Al Arab, Soneva Jani, and Capella. Switzerland's 18-month post-study work permit is more limited than the UK Graduate Route, but the international placement network typically lands graduates roles overseas before they finish.
