Course Overview
The Bachelor of Communication at Murdoch University Dubai is a three-year Australian degree with majors in journalism, public relations, strategic communication, and screen production. The campus sits inside Dubai Knowledge Park — a 10-minute drive from Media City, where CNN, BBC, Reuters, Sky News Arabia, MBC, and OSN all have regional offices. Sri Lankan students get internship pipelines into all of these.
The curriculum is hands-on from Trimester 1 — students operate the campus newsroom, produce a regular podcast, and run live PR campaigns for real Dubai SMEs.
