Our nearest office to you is in Rajagiriya (~115 km, ~3 hours by car). Every consultation happens face to face — we don't do phone or online consultations — so you book a visit at our Rajagiriya branch. After the visit, day-to-day document follow-ups can happen over WhatsApp or email.

Book a day and time at our Rajagiriya branch. Your consultation is face to face with a counsellor — parents are welcome to come too. We talk through destinations, courses and your academic profile, and bring your originals (transcripts, NIC, passport) if you have them. The Colombo–Kandy expressway and frequent intercity buses from the Kandy bus stand to Pettah make the trip a single-day visit.
Follow-ups after your visit
Once we've agreed a plan in person, day-to-day document follow-ups for your university applications can happen over WhatsApp or email, so you don't need to travel for every small step.
Visa biometric in Colombo
Once your visa file is ready, you visit the VFS centre in Colombo for biometric capture. We book the slot, prepare the file, and walk you through what to bring. Same trip for every student in Sri Lanka — there's no district-level alternative.
