MSc International Relations (LKY School)
National University of Singapore
Course Overview
The National University of Singapore is Asia's top-ranked university (QS top 10 globally) and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is the region's most prestigious school for governance, policy and international affairs. The MSc International Relations is an intensive Master's focused on Asian security, diplomacy and the international political economy of a rising Asia. For Sri Lankan applicants, Singapore offers proximity, a familiar Commonwealth context and direct access to the diplomatic and multilateral networks of one of the world's busiest hubs.
The programme covers international security, foreign-policy analysis, China and India in world affairs, and global governance, taught by practitioners and scholars with deep regional networks. Students access the Asia-Pacific diplomatic community, ASEAN bodies and think tanks headquartered in Singapore. Singapore's post-study Long-Term Visit Pass and strong graduate-employment market make it a credible base for an international-affairs career close to home.
