Korea University (College of Informatics)
Course Overview
Korea University's MS in Computer Science and Engineering sits inside the College of Informatics on the Anam campus and is delivered fully in English for international cohorts. The department runs active labs in AI / deep learning, computer vision, NLP, systems and networks, and cybersecurity — several PIs co-publish with Samsung Research, Naver Labs, and Kakao Brain, which directly feeds into intern and full-time pipelines.
For Sri Lankan engineering graduates, this is one of the most affordable top-100-QS CS routes in Asia, with strong RA / TA funding (most thesis-track students receive partial-to-full tuition waivers). Coursework is research-led — you pick a lab in the first semester and your thesis topic by the second.
