MPH Master of Public Health
Imperial College London
Course Overview
Imperial's MPH is delivered by the School of Public Health within the Faculty of Medicine — one of the largest and most research-intensive public health departments in Europe. The programme covers epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, global health, and health policy, with strong methodological grounding (Imperial's School of Public Health led much of the UK's COVID-19 modelling).
Sri Lankan applicants come from a wide range of backgrounds — medical doctors, nurses, dentists, biomedical scientists, and social scientists with health-related work experience. The course suits both clinicians wanting epidemiology/policy training and non-clinicians moving into global health and NGO work.
