Course Overview
The Victoria MBA is run by the Wellington School of Business and Government — Triple Crown accredited (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA), placing it in the top 1% of business schools worldwide. The programme is designed for mid-career professionals with 5+ years of work experience and runs as a cohort-based 18-month full-time degree (a part-time route over 30 months is also available for working professionals).
The curriculum runs through core leadership, strategy, finance, marketing and digital business modules before opening into electives in public-sector management, sustainability and entrepreneurship — a distinctive angle given Wellington's role as the capital. An international study tour, a live consulting capstone with a NZ company, and 1:1 leadership coaching anchor the practical side. Graduates qualify for the 3-year Post-Study Work Visa (PSWV).
