Course Overview
The Monash MBA is a 1.5-year, full-time program delivered out of the Caulfield campus in Melbourne, with a small cohort (around 50–60 students) and an average age of 30. Monash Business School holds triple accreditation — AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA — putting it in the top 1% of business schools globally. The MBA is consistently the highest-ranked Australian MBA in the QS Global MBA Rankings.
The curriculum is built around four pillars: leadership, strategy, analytics and global business. Students complete a Global Immersion module (recent cohorts have travelled to Silicon Valley, Shanghai and Singapore) and a live consulting project with firms like Deloitte, Telstra, ANZ or NAB.
Entry Requirements
Academic

English Proficiency

- check_circle PTE Academic: 58 Overall.
- check_circle Waived for applicants whose Bachelor's was taught and assessed entirely in English.

Career Outcomes & PR
Monash MBA graduates are eligible for the 485 Temporary Graduate Visa for up to 3 years of post-study work in Australia, with a Melbourne-based extension available for some applicants. Top hirers include Deloitte, EY, PwC, Accenture, ANZ, NAB and CBA. Median post-MBA salary in Australia is around AUD 130,000, and 90%+ of the recent class were employed within 3 months of graduation.
