Course Overview
The SDA Bocconi MBA is a one-year, full-time program based in Milan, aimed at mid-career professionals with an average of 6 years of work experience. Sri Lankan applicants who have spent a few years in banking, consulting or family business use it as a fast track into European management roles without leaving their careers for two years.
The curriculum runs from September through August and covers core management, finance and strategy, then opens up into electives, an in-company project and an international exchange option with partner schools in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Milan placement means easy access to luxury, finance, fashion and energy recruiters.
Entry Requirements
Academic

- check_circle GMAT, GRE or SDA Bocconi Test (GMAT median around 670).
- check_circle Two professional references plus essays and a video interview.
English Proficiency
- check_circle IELTS Academic: 7.0 Overall (min 6.5 in each section).
- check_circle TOEFL iBT: 100 Overall.
- check_circle Waived for native English speakers or applicants whose degree was taught in English.

SDA Bocconi MBA graduates can stay on Italy's 12-month post-study job-search visa and then move to a 2-year EU Blue Card with a qualifying offer. Around 92% of the most recent class were employed within 3 months of graduation, with a weighted average salary near €105,000.
