Heriot-Watt University Dubai
Course Overview
The Heriot-Watt MBA in Dubai is the same Edinburgh Business School MBA delivered from Heriot-Watt's Dubai Knowledge Park campus — a fully accredited Scottish degree taught in the heart of the UAE. For Sri Lankan candidates already working in the GCC (or planning to relocate), it removes the visa friction of a UK move while keeping the British credential intact.
The program runs 12 months full-time and blends core management subjects (Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Organisational Behaviour) with electives in Project Management, Energy Industry, and Islamic Finance — reflecting Dubai's regional industries. Cohorts are notably international, with strong representation from South Asia, the Levant, and East Africa, which Sri Lankan students consistently flag as a useful network for post-MBA roles across the GCC.
